Yes, that's one of many problems here. Altough m_r has given us a situation, it's not really (and it can't be) detailed enough. Reality is much more complex and we can't take everything into consideration. So what I'm trying to say is, that our discussion here is more or less pointless, since we can talk only about greatly simplified situations...
