CPU turn ON problem

I"m not good speaking english but I will try write the details..


Last summer I upgrade my CPU....Here that I change.

-128mb to 1GB memory card.
-128 video (NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 400 with AGP8X) i think..
-addtional Hard Drive (160GB)
-DVD-ROM Combo
-and upgrade power supply (details unknown -I forgot-).

now the problem.

since last month I having problem on turning ON the CPU, like I turn ON the CPU,it turn OFF in the instant. so I doing the removing the addtional hard drive just the complete power on the CPU. but I need two hard drive becaues the main drive is almost full so I moving some files in the another drive.so I'm doing the turn ON again and again trick just to lucky complete power.

I some advice for this.btw I'm poor so upgrading is an last choice remaining I have.

P.S.
Hard Drive Closure can solve this problem?

You sure the power supply has enough power to support all that?

Yes I belive that the power supply has enough power to supply the 2
drive (80GB and 160GB hard drive)......at first I want 200 GB drive but it can't supply enough power so I change to 160 GB drive and it works no having a problem...
