Red Bull Gives You Wings

I remember one time I need to program my final year project back when I was in my polytechnic.

The project is supposed to be completed in 3 1/2 months, but because of my research time of 2 months, I was left with only a month of programmings to do.

So in order to finish those line of VB codes, I resorted to sleeping only 1-2 hours per day. So what I did was a diet of Coke, Coffee and Red Bulls every week for the whole night.

After 4 weeks of hell, I need to write my documentation for the rest of 2 weeks with only coffee. At the last day of submission, woke up at 8AM to pass up my project and went back home immediately.

When I reached home, I literally fainted and slept. I slept on 10AM that morning and guess what time I woke up? 12PM, but the next day!!!

So I literally fainted for at least 26 hours. Cool, but well, my body just felt extremely weak even after all the sleep. But the main thing is that my mind felt energised, but my body felt weak since I skipped all the necessary meals! Literally need to drag my body to the kitchen to get some Milo....

Total Drinks: 100 cans of coffee, 50 cans of Red Bulls and 40 cans of Coke.
2 Coffee = US$0.90 (Yay for offers)
1 Red Bull = US$1.10
1 Coke = US$0.70

Grand Total: $45 + $55 + $28 = US$128
On that month, I burn my pocket only on drinks to perk me up.

Lesson learnt: Don't spend too much time on research!!!!!

am i just abnormal?

first time ever i tried monster. did nothing, sipped the whole
thing like i would a pop, nada.

2nd time, i was in horrid condition. been up for 48 hours writing
5 essays, and had to attend piano lessons before i could crash
since my piano practical was coming up...

decided it was time to try the red bull.

thing is my hands were shaking and i was cold BEFORE i tried it
and hell, i didn't really feel anything either. i was a tad more awake
but i passed out like a pig when i got home from it. really no real
difference from super strong coffee for me.

Bacchus, the Red Bull that tastes good. XD

Umm... I'm not much of an energy drink person. If I have too much sugar during the day, I have to keep it at a high state or else when the sugar's leaving me, my personality distorts and I become weird...er. XD

Caffeine has no effect on me though. O_O
