My dentist told me: "Its best to get it out as early as possible."
Fortunately, as I am still 18, the wisdom teeth haven't begun to ache yet.
So anyways, my question is: How painful is the extraction? T_T |
Lets see... They drug you beforehand... Put you to sleep afterwards... Yank it out once you fall asleep. Oh yeah did I mention the lots of blood part? (In your mouth... so you got some tissues)
You probably won't remember what happened. I had all 4 pulled out at once before I went to get my braces.
Oh yeah... Did I mention the no food/water part? _________________ [img:400:140:a13d904028]http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r8/bigdave_89/Created%20Banners/Dark_Magician_Girl_Sig2.jpg[/img:a13d904028] |

| I never had to have my wisdom teeth pulled because my jaw was large enough to let them grow in straight. I still wish I had them extracted, though, because they are a pain in the @$$ to clean. Someday I'll get rid of them. |

Having my wisdom teeth extracted rated among one of the most painful experiences of my life.
The doctor had me well numbed before he started (as well as he could anyways), but oral pain killers never stopped me feeling the pressure or the temperature of the surgical instruments. Not to mention I had giant roots (after pulled I measured them to be about 3/4" in size (the roots that is)). It took the doctor about 5 minutes a piece to get them out. And, then he had to go after the mini teeth that were growing in behind them in my gums (they were the first stages of new teeth that hadn't grown out of the gums yet) by cutting into my gums and pulling them out with tweezers. In total 6 teeth were removed (four large, two mini) and I didn't want to see my dentist for a year. _________________ HCl before H20 makes a big bang |

| Awww man. All I can say is, get ready for the smell of dried blood and the fact that you can't brust your teeth for three weeks. It's not very nice. |

You know, I had to get the wisdom tooth on my left taken out because it was growing against my teeth. As in, it was growing horizontally, towards my mouth. How freaking cool is that. If I had left it there, it would have continuously pushed my teeth forward. When they took it out, I accidentally left it in my jacket pocket. So a few days later, Im talking to a friend of mine, and I start emptying my pockets. Bam, out flies tooth. He thought it was a bag of pot LOL. Good times. _________________ Miku Miku!!

I had wisdom tooth on my left and I have no inttention to take it out since its position is ok and I had no problem with it.
Sometimes wisdom tooth gives you a sever headache if you didn't take it out early. I also heard bad thing will happen either you take it out or leave it. What a hard decision but we used to risk. _________________
