I just bought volume 1 at Otakon (Media Blasters was having a special sale for some odd reason). I thought it was pretty good, though now I regret buying it since I wanted the edition with the box.

Yeah, I thought that too. The dubs always fuck it up most of the time. The original seiyuu was Kikuko Inoue, and it was just perfect. She fit the voice so well, and then when youcompare it with the dubbed version, you're reaction is: "... blech what is this?" |

I guess you're right. The voices are nice when they r original, but they always fuck it when it comes to the dubbed version.
Now does anyone know if there's gonna be a second season? |

dunno... but this anime truly deserves a second season though IMHO... well counting that Peorth hasnt make an appearance (she deserves that...)
oh and btw...

Yep. But by the looks of it I'd say that there's not gonna be a second season. Too bad

Yea... seems like there isn't going to be a second season... but who knows maybe they will, but I doubt it. At least its been pretty good up till now |

| I just finished watching. Animation, opening song, music, voices and story are really good. I hope there'll be second season. there is still more adventures left like fourth goddess or that angel eating thing problem. I think that in manga also Keichii was suporting angel. and what that little demonic boy punished to be cat. I almost forgot Bumpei's love, that robo girl. Personally, I think that there is a lot of adventures left. |

| havnt read the manga but i saw the movie a long time ago and in this show they discuss those angel guardian things, and in the movie skuld has her little blonde one i was hoping to see that in the show. Oh and did that blonde demon die at the end or was it just done that way on purpose? |

Good question. In my opinion I think they will be doing next season because this season is about 1/7 of manga and they missed some simple stories. Translated manga has about 205 chapters. well, we have Keichii, Belldandy, Urd, Skuld and Bampei. there was also Lind (that goddess in last episode, she was something like battle goddess). I missed Peorth, Skuld's angel, Lind's angels (she's supposed to have two one winged angel's twins), Demon Welsper and Urd's mother (forgot her name). also Keichii is supposted to become manager of his moto club. Well, there are a lot of stuff in manga. I hope they will make it in to TV series because this is one of really good ones and I like it a lot.  |

i haven't watch the movie yet?izzit good and nice??i watched the tv series a few years ago but found the ending to be too rushed and that it kinda spoiled the whole plot..but belldandy is very very pretty..  |
