Ah My Goddess TV Series in 2005

Repeating yourself is futile as it is not going to stop the newbs of the thread from posting his or her desire for a season two, lacking the knowlegde that there actually is one coming out (thought I should repeat it one last time for good measure). However, that is not the point of my post today.

I was taking some screenshots of the AMG movie and I ended up watching the whole thing all over again. I must say, I'm still impressed by the movie. The sights, the sounds, the story is all still very enjoyable even after the twentieth or so view. I'll also have to say that Keiichi stands as one of my favorite male characters in all of anime, spouting this cheesy, yet terribly romantic line to Belldandy (given the context of the situation they were facing):

"Even if the gods are turned into enemies, I'll keep on protecting you.

Add the orchestra track and some incredible visuals to give yourself quite the climactic/romantic scene (and one scene I love above all other anime, even to this day). Keiichi and Belldandy are still the cutest couple in all of anime, and I'll be hard pressed to find another couple that even equals them in comparison. I'm a sucker for romance, even if the progression is slow. However, this must be executed correctly, or slow will just come off as annoying. I give credit to the writers for never making the AMG romance slow to the point of being annoying.

Suffice to say, I'm very much looking foward to some more Ah! My Goddess goodness. Belldandy has been and always will be my favorite anime girl. Keiichi holds steady as my favorite anime guy. So great that they are a couple. By the way, if you forgot, AMG's 2nd season comes out in April of 2006. How's that for futility?

Ha ha. You really make me laugh fresh_no_concept. You said I shouldn't repeat the stuff that's already here and you did it yourself. Well whatever, I just wanted to say that I have the movie and I rewatch it all the time. Keiichi is also my favorite anime guy and Belldandy is definetily my favorite anime girl, they make a "such a sweet couple" like my little sister says and, because of this, I'm praying for April to come really fast. That and the fact that we'll be closer to summer really gets someone like me in high spirits ~_^

I didn't even realize there was a 25 and 26 until Darksword mentioned it. Well I did some searching and managed to find both 25 and 26. AonE released both of them a little while ago.

The only old version I can think of is the OVAs. I don't know if you mean that but if you don't I've no idea.

is it just me or did the first season feel a bit short. also felt that the ending was rushed a bit

I think nobody really knows the exact date of season 2 so for the moment all we can do is a count down. ogeray its gonna be dificult to find the OVAs so if you really want them you should buy them cause it's a bit tricky to find the 5 OVAs nowdays (Take it from someone who knows) Crying or Very sad
