They are My Noble Masters

Another butler anime? I just watched episode 1 and its not too bad...(It's not too good either) Thoughts?

first impression was.. it really looked like hayate no gotoku...

they even had their own version of claus. further in, it seems to be a mixture of a lot of ideas that may or may not have worked before.. shinra-sama looks and even sounds like hime from kaibutsu oujo.. other characters seems the typical(stereotypical) builds and the seiyuu sound too familiar with the chara builds as well.

animation quality seems average.. wouldve been better if they hadnt used cardboard people cut outs early on for the first ep.. i mean its the first episode.. normally it should be the highest budgeted ep(next to the last episode).. then again i guess this is a "style" but still i have to wonder if this is a preview of what to expect of the production.. hopefully its not riding on a thin budget.

also.. first 30 seconds in we already get boobies XD and with this new harem setup, they even had space to add incest.. ldefinitely a mixture of things that may or maynot work Rolling Eyes

Yeah, I was thinking it looks like its trying to parody Hayate at the beginning. Which is amusing, as Hayate itself parodies so many other shows.

The first episode was interesting enough for me to keep watching.

that joke at the end of the ep/preview shinra sed something about being the student council prez at their school.. and then someone sed "thats another butler anime"

shinra's seiyuu is the same as that of hinagiku of hayate no gotoku.

Ya ist seem s like their taking the hayate anime and making a series anime out of it without the parodies of one million other different anime.

I dont know if i can call it a parody of hayate because parodies or poking fun at a pre-existing thing this dosent seem to be poking fun so much as retelling the basic story in a serious manner.

I'm not too sure where this show plans to go...

but I will give it a few more eps to see if its worth my time... Hayate didn't catch my fancy... so I'm not hyped up about this one but who knows... things MAY get interesting... hopefully...

call me weird, but ep2 was rather mundane for me... Confused

nothin about it perked up my interest, even the green-haired girl just seemed like it was a try hard add on..

theres something lacking for it to be effective, even as a harem anime.. dunnoo.. mebe its the pacing or the shifting of time/scenes.. or maybe the setting is a bit dull... hopefully the next eps get better.

to me, taking the voice of kenichi (history strongest disciple) and making a story like "become the world strongest man".

It's really like kenichi, moreover, all the caracters have super powers, that's not the case in hayate. the only same thing is the butler uniform and the butler theme ^^

Is it just me, or do those whiskers bother anyone else? And that haircut, gah, has to be one of the worst ever. That M girl, funny, but so very wrong.

Not sure about this one yet. Really dumb, but funny regardless. A bit too similar to Kenichi for my taste.

Hmm... just started this, but I've sorta of already lost interest... smells a lot like a recent Goshushou sama Ninomiya-kun.

Hey, Hayate's a lot more interesting....

Well, at the Ed sang by Mikuru as kinda cute. (ok, the VA of Mikuru Asahina) Maybe I'll try one more episode to see if I'll still be watching this...
