| How worried are you about being the victim of a serial killer? |

Not worried at all actually, that kind of murder is rare in reality. Though media (both news and fiction) will often make you think it's more commong than it is.
As stated, it's much more likely that i become a serial killer than become the victim of one

Not really worried, actually i found serial killers-cool, like in movies as they never showed fear on their victims and like they never trusted anyone only himself and for himself.
I wanted to know how these peoples became what they are, their blacker self inside and why are there are some ordinary peoples turned into killers.

I'm keeping an eye on you. Please let me know where you are and where and when you plan on traveling so I can know where not to be.
Also, is it not f'd up that some movies (like the Saw series) almost portray serial killers as protagonists? If some asshole wants to show society how much better he is than the rest of them, why can't he just challenge them to a game of chess? If anything, that lust for power/control shows how weak they really are. They can't win at anything else, so they warp their thinking into believing that control over another person's life shows how strong they are. In short, people like BTK are absolutely pathetic. They make me glad that a lifetime of a**-rapings in prisons is worse than the death penalty. |

Compared to being murdered by a serial killer, I'd be more worried about getting hit by a car, falling off a 50 story building, or falling asleep in the bathtub and drowning.  |

Lavaging equivocal gist and cognizance on serial Killers contrived by a being of Lozer, which then results to sequensive killings, thats just other shallow possible factors on some varied antisocial behaviours and personality. there are serial killers that are much more twisted and inteligently sick, far from that.
...so much for reasons, I think we took this far from the topic and im not that criminal psychologist to discuss with this preconceived notions of yours truly half-assed censurances, we need to be receptive enough.
One true thing, we dont have to be scared with these serial killers, we have to.(and i know you dont want to be there, if ever they are after you).
As Doomsought said Kill them first , kill or be killed, Kills You.

not really afraid of them... the likelihood is pretty slim... and in any case I might just struggle enough to either kill him or him kill me swiftly so that there won't be any torture involved... On that note if I manage to incapacitate him I might just turn somewhat of a sadist and do some other worse things to the supposed serial killer...
probably the biggest chance for me to be a target of a serial killer is if the killer suddenly had a huge demented grudge against people who like anime...

A serial killer isn't really worth worrying about, like xyristan said the chances are slim. In any case it's either kill or be killed.

we have a gun at home but i never actually used or touch it. |

canada generally is a good place. until guys like robert pickton
come around and murder like 50 something prostitutes, sorta
