Now that Kaiser has his new box set, might as well start a Kare Kano thread Smile

. I received mine a couple of weeks ago already (always get great service from Right Stuf) and I've been enjoying it immensely. It's very witty and well written and I think my daughter will enjoy this one too. I will probably screen the series first, but most of it is kid friendly. Nothing graphic, but I've been told that it's implied that they sleep together later on and I have to worry about a young impressionable mind Smile

. The dual nature of the characters is hilarious though and the box set is a bargain at $40.

yeah kare kano is really good, teh anime is better than the manga i think., Ive seen about 20 eps or something like that, there are some wierd eps tho..lol., and dont worry about the sleeping together part, i dont really want to ruin it or anything but it doesnt show at all, if u watch it you'll see

I like the manga a lot better. It goes farther than the anime.

Why can't Gainax end animes properly?

I was sorely disappointed with the last 3 episodes, it was a phenominal series up to that point! I am currently reading the manga, as I heard it finishes properly and so maybe I will want to watch the anime again if I know how it should really end!!

The anime was good, although considering only saw the first volume I'm trying to gather the rest of the eps.

Anime maybe funner but the problem the show is only up to 24 epis.

Damn I didn't even know that the manga went further.
I really liked the anime but the ending kinda sucked so can anyone tell me where I can get the manga?

i hated the ending too
it didn't even tell us wot hapened to them it just showed yukino's classmate wiv this new guy together
i loved watchin it but i hoped for a better ending (it sucked big time)

i havent been able to find the second half of this anime, i downloaded the first half and couldnt find the second...

Yeah, it's heaps good! i really liked it coz it made you feel all warm and fuzzy inside... lol.. maybe that's just me....^^;;;.. i like the anime better too, but too bad it doesn't finish. It only goes up to episode 26.. and the last 3 were sooo confusing and boring...

I haven't watched the anime yet, I'm currently reading the manga. I could probably watch the anime without spoiling the story because I was told the manga already goes past where the anime finished! But I'm still going to wait and celebrate the manga finishing by buying the anime. Very Happy
