I'm quite surprised that they are ending it at ep12. That's certainly gonna be quite rushed.
and then there's the 3 betrayers...
Wonder if there's gonna be season2...
Well, eitherway, I must say I'm enjoying this series. Hope the last ep doesnt ruin it. |

Season 2 apparently 2009
....the 3 betrayals were apparently:
obvious Kaaya, Neeba, and
King Gil apparently has the blue crystal rod.

Someone pointed out in the OP it has an AD for Druaga something 2009........
so this shouldn't be a surprise. But ..... I never really understood the OP much. |

| Yeah, I was actually kinda shocked when I heard it was only going to 12 episodes. Comes as no surprise to me that they're going for a second season. Hope its as good as this one, which everyone seems to have watched, despite there being no subs out for it yet. Or did I miss it? |

the gonzo subs have been out a couple days now via streaming..they've been usually coming out like half a week to a week ahead of torrent subs.. |

| I've been wondering about the Gonzo subs thing. Are they streaming it on their website or something? Also, why are they subbing it as the show is being aired in Japan still? |

GONZO put the subs on crunchyroll which you can download apparently for a cash donation (as little as like $.01)
They are 'experimenting' with this as a way to .... get money off the people who watch fansubs market.
Cuz you know companies can't really stop it, so GONZO is trying to get 'some' money off it. Any really should be enough so long as it covers the cost of providing subs (which isn't that expensive)
And they apparently will continue the experiment with something called 'sky witches' |

Somehow, I dont think Kayya is one of the betrayer, or rather the "real" betrayer. Well, at least thats what wad the OP made me think. I'm expecting some twist for that.

Now that you mention it, I'm really wondering if we've seen the 3 betrayers yet. I mean sure, Neeba betrayed his party and his brother to a lesser extent. Kaaya likewise betrayed her party and more directly Jil, but was that really a betrayal? Jil no doubt felt it was but perhaps not. Gilgamesh? I really don't know. Who did he betray. Certainly not various parties, although perhaps by omitting knowledge that was the betrayal.
My point though is, perhaps there are further betrayals coming in the sword. Looking at it, it seems more and more likely, but then again maybe not.
Regardless, I'm really hoping for a JilxFatina. Though I suspect JilxKaaya is still more likely. |

it could be possible for plot twists like that to happen, makes it more interesting. Kudos to the limitless possibilities
and maybe we're looking at jil x fatina for the first part and back to jil x kaaya towards the end.
