my fav scene would probably be : (of the dad) "he's not good with women"(and after that we see scenes of him with other women To say that for a womanizer LOL the irony of that line was simply HILARIOUS !!!

anyway, Im definitely looking forward to the next ep. Very Happy

I am guessing that the late night show is going to show scenes that they couldn't during the day or just more footage? Anyone know so I know whether to get day or late night version? thanks in advance

Heard its not worth it. Is just an extra long preview after the ED. I looked at the first episode late night, didn't notice any obvious differences. They sure weren't any obvious differences. No panty shots, no breasts, nothing you'd expect from a supposed uncut version. Grab it if you want I guess and take a look for yourself.

This is different though from Kamen no Maid Guy, where uncensored, really means uncensored.

Where do you find these uncensored and uncut versions? Do they do one for Bleach too?

Couldn't speak for bleach, as I've long since decided that show wasn't worth my time. As to where you can find uncut versions etc, it depends on whether or not you are willing to watch raws. If not, just wait, pretty sure at least one of the subbing groups is releasing the short version, then the late night one a few days later, after its broadcast on TV in Japan.

My computer lags with h.264 encodes. Consequently, I have to wait for late night version since Rumbel seems to be the only sub group willing to do an xvid encode. My six year old computer just can't cut it anymore.

Oh, the show? Initial impressions are that it is a reminder that shounen series can be good. Only two episodes, however, so while I remain optimistic, that cynical stance on shounen anime still remains.

Death the Kid looks awesome, though. Nothing like cowgirl sisters to accompany you on the task of stealing souls.

Black Star = Naruto clone. Good thing he's got Tsubaki trying to keep him in line or I would not stand the kid at all.

Maki/Soul: What's not to say that hasn't already been said? The battles between Jack the Ripper and Blair still resonate in my head. Oh, and regarding Maki's voice, I really do not see any problem with it. It's not grating on the ears like many people seem to believe. I thought they casted her quite well.

Man, I'm so glad BONES is handling this thing. It's been a while since I've hunkered down and commited to a 50+ episode series.

Black Star. I hate this type of character honestly. Whenever he is onscreen, he just needs someone to smack him upside the head to shut him up. Then the story can progress. Total loser character without any redeeming qualities. Agreed on Tsubaki. Only thing he has going for him. Too bad about the body guard, if he hadn't used the blunt attack, she would have been free from this loser, and had to select someone decent. Of course that would have destroyed their part in the story, but ah well.

Maka - Not Maki. Without question my favorite character so far, and agreed, the voice is perfect! I love her voice. Can't believe this is her first series.

On the other hand, can you believe that the Seiyuu for Blair is the same one who did Kagami from Lucky Star?

What media player are you using? I used to have problems with h.264 when playing with Media Player Classic, but when I started using VLC I was able to play them no problem. Now granted, my computer isn't as old as yours, but if you haven't tried it it might be worth a shot.
