i don't exactly know how to think of misa right now. from the beginning she seems nothing more than a ditzy girl. one who's stupidity contrasts the geinus of our two main characters.

but then what happen in chapter 48 and the expression on Ratio and L was just priceless. i won't forget it. Very Happy

so i'm keeping an eye out for her. there may be more to misa than we think.

im only up to ch48 but i think death note is the best suspence horror right now. most of my friend also think its a really good manga Very Happy

I disagree with the whole notion that this manga has become boring since Raito gave up his death note. In fact, I think the author has kept his steady creative pace to the latest chapter. It was actually entertaining, seeing both of them pursue the new Kira together.

Also, Misa is cute.

i think the manga is really cool but just´till the cahpter when raito forfeit the death note the new "bad" guy is just stupid compared to the original kira. I hope some day raito could become kira again...

And about misa she is abnd interesting part of the manga but sometimes she really act like a annoying brat

The common misconception in mangas or anime is really the fact that everyone else seem stupid or weaker compared to the main character and therefore they are inferior and pointless.

I don't think the "bad" guy couldn't have climbed up so high in the corporate ladder with his stupidity. It's just that Raito and L are too damn smart that everyone else is rendered mediocre.

Plus, it was all part of Raito's plan to forfeit the death note and such. I think people are overlooking that simple fact.

Both Reito Yagami and 'L' are smart and very impressive in the sense that they think up of all and every small detail and ensure that every detail has been taken care of. They are also cool and steady, and can remain calm and think logically even in the most tense situations. this sets them apart from the rest of the characters.

DeathNote is still ongoing in Japan, serialised in one of the mangazines.

For the tankoubons, they are up to Vol 4 at the moment.
