There is a cabin in the middle of the woods. Inside, there is a lone lightbulb and a dead man. But, there is no windows or doors. So, how did the dead man get inside?
What we know:
He did not build the cabin over himself
He did not suffocate
It is nowhere near civilization
He is not Abraham Lincoln
It is not made of wood

His friend was asking him to help sample some Admantiado that he was storing in the woods, but it was all a ruse because he'd wronged the guy.
That, or he was dead prior to the arrival of the cabin in that location.

how can you know theres a dead man and a lightbulb in the cabin if there are no windows to see through and there are no doors to get in and check
maybe the deadman is david blaine who tried a new escaping trick but went wrong and died of starvation

there was no mention of a roof, so the walls must be VERY high as he couldnt jump up them, and the lightbulb isnt necessarily hanging from the roof or even plugged into to anything.
my guess: someone drugged him and threw him / lowered him behind these tall walls.
