Another title I was looking forward to this month More adventures with the kids in class 5-2 ~ lots more misunderstandings and strange situation with our leading guy Ryouta. I haven't really check anything out about this (ie Seiyuu, studio etc) just d/ling it coz of the Kyou no go no ni >.< Hope it will be as funny as the OVA's ^^

Yeah, I remember watching the previous season and I really enjoyed it! The interactions of the kids were cute and funny! I'm excited for this one! _________________ Kaizoku ou ni ore wa naru!! |

It's not exactly a "first season" coz it was an OVA (like what Kimmie said). In fact, the first half of the first episode for this series is pretty much a re-enactment of OVA 1
EDIT:
The main difference is the art style, which was quite disappointing coz the art for the OVA was waaay better ;_;
I mean, yeah, I know, OVA's meant to have better art quality... but still, the difference in quality is rather big... ...
So far, I still prefer the OVA - for one thing, in the OVA you get to hear the characters saying "kyou no go no ni" in between the breaks
Well, this is only the first ep, so we'll see how it goes. (looks hopeful though) |

Kenjo >>> yeah, I think so too. At first I thought it's just my memory failing me, coz I remembered her sounding more "cool/cold"
I think the prev voice suits her more. |

Kinda disappointed in the art and animation, I wasn't really used to it. The story on the otherhand was good. It maintained the cuteness and funniness of the show which I really liked. _________________ Kaizoku ou ni ore wa naru!! |

I was hoping all the seiyuus would stay the same ~ but it seems they switched Mamiko Noto with someone else and Megumi-chan (ie Kana Ueda) isn't the same either. And the others sound a little different.
I have to say I liked OVA's presentation format it better with the character's alternating saying 'Kyou no go no ni' inbetween each segment and the title was read out aswell. And yeah character design not as cute ... and artwork isn't as pretty.
But all in all it still makes me chuckle at the silliness of everything, will continue watching. _________________ Get ready to vote for who you think is the Sexiest Anime Character!! |

Well, I'm not too sure whether you guys have watched Minami-Ke, but the artstyle is about the same. The animation creates a sort of aloofness to it. _________________ [img:675:150:a14dfef006]http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa37/razorbubble/Untitled-2.jpg[/img:a14dfef006] |

True Minami-ke Okawari had the similar animation style. Same studio perhaps? I haven't looked it up ^^;; _________________ Get ready to vote for who you think is the Sexiest Anime Character!! |

I thought class 5-2's art style is much more similar to Ichigo Mashimaro.
Though either way, in terms of art quality on the overall, I still say that Minami-ke and Ichigo's arts are better than 5-2's |
