Why Some Forums Are Being Locked???huh???Plsss. Anyone answer my question....tnx

This one will get locked because, it's in the wrong place seeing as it got nothing to do with anime at all. Seeing as I'm not the one that locked your other thread I'm just gonna guess that it got locked because somewhere we already have a tokimeki memorial thread which means you should just have posted there. So in conclusion do a search before you post a new thread instead of just making a new one. As for the last one I'll let someone else decide on whether it should be locked and posted in the tokimeki thread or stay open.
