You know pretty much the only animes with cars are like racing animes?

others will grab an occasional taxi or bus, but even then they aren't too detailed.

art does look like above's answer.

Unless there is some anime with cars of that detail level (not emergency vehicles or public transportation)

maybe something like transformers or something.
