Looking for a anime (where they build a tower to heaven?)

I'm looking for a anime that i don't know the name of, but i've seen clips (don't remember exactly where though xD). I think it has something to do with that they want to build a tower to heaven (like Babel's tower?). It's futuristic, and the main characters are are a guy and a girl... Well, not much info there, but if anyone has any idea i'd be glad to hear it. I DO know it's NOT the anime Babel II -_- Anyway, if anyone knows...
