Well, this series is over. Can't say much about the last episode, I think it was pretty well done. They try to conclude the story though I get a feeling they were gearing up for a second season (fingers crossed). Anyway, Aishiteru ze Baby was one of my favorite series last season and I enjoyed it alot. Time to look for a promising series in the fall line up.

i really hope that is true but it's going to depend on how popular this show is in japan. btw, anyone who read the manga know if this was the same ending as the manga?

i can pretty much give the conclusion to this series righ now, even though i watched only up to ep 20, i think, but even though the series was cute i lost interest in it, and as much as i like Yuzuyu (and thats what the creators wanted) i really cant bring my self to watch the end of the series, if its trully the end not just the first season, if it is a firs season i dont think i will watch it

Well I enjoyed the cuteness of the series. Too bad the ending doesn't resolve anything really but leaves you with a nice warm and fuzzy feeling.

I enjoyed the series even without a final resolution. The cuteness and drama aspect was well done especially Yuzuyu's voice actress. She made Yuzuyu seem that much cuter.

If I had to rate this, I'd probably give it a high 7 or low 8 in our anime reviews database.

I seriously hope that they have a second season if they have enough manga substance or maybe an OAV to resolve the issues =)

well...the last ep was basically like any other ep, and held very little to no closure value. i wish there was a second season, but i doubt it since the anime derailled from the manga so suddenly as if they were trying to prevent the series from stretching longer. things are heating up in the manga tho...wish dragonvoice would be a bit faster T.T

Finally finished watching the last episode.

Even though there wasn't a lot of closure to some of the issues in the anime, I think the ending completely captured the essence of what the series was all about, thus serving its purpose.

I liked it, anyway.

The series overall, I agree with Kaiser: high 7 or low 8.

I guess this is the first anime from my huge backlog of anime in which I finished... Like others said, warm and fuzzy ending which manages to leave things up to imagination... Which I don't mind really... Don't feel like going through more depressing stuff in this show.

As for the anime in a whole, they kind of overdid it with the dysfunctional family theme, and the scripting and animation quality was way too inconsistent, but still a nice and meaningful show nevertheless.

I'm in love with this series. As a matter of fact, after Sailor Moon when I was like six, I've never watched anime until my brother showed me this during winter break. I absolutely love it! And I've read the manga as well.

I only saw the first episode of this series and I am already eagerly waiting for this series to be licensed. Surprisingly, my brother also liked the series from the first few episodes he saw. He usually isn't into shoujo, but he liked it for some reason. I haven't started watching episode two yet for over a month since I saw the first episode.

Just finished the series myself. I caught sight of the manga and really enjoyed it. I found myself digging for the series, and heres my intake on it:

Theres a huge ass difference between the manga and the series.

The series just leaves off with where Kokoro, Yuzuyu, and Kippei are all 3 in a bed..

WTF?

I was truly dissapointed with this and the half-ass animation. I was better off only reading the manga instead.

The manga had much more depth into it.
