Well, you've already listed most of the anime I could recommend. Take a look, however, at Last Exile and Wolf's Rain. Definitely two of my favorites.

for mosquito bites you can get those Off spray-ons... they last for hours... or just wear long sleeved clothes... as for sleeping, an airbed does wonders... Very Happy

... tv is something I can actually live without... a PC... well if you want you can take a laptop... our campsite had an electric socket so yeah... Very Happy

and for some reason there is a wifi connection out there still... Very Happy

Camp sites with electrical sockets and running water that you don't have to hike to are not camp sites, they're zero-star hotels.

good books tend to put me in my own little world... which isn't really good with the kind of camping we do where there is like 20 people on hand... there has to be some kind of thing happening... like a mini game or some hiking planned out...
