I concur! This game is absolutely awesome! Hands down best RPG for gamecube. It even has anime-style characters!
Only thing I don't like is that the ending was a bit of a letdown. |

Graphics are good (even though I'm not a big fan of cell shading).
Game play is okay but I don't really care for the characters. They seem cliched to me. |

| I loved Tales of Symphonia. The story (while slightly cliched) was gripping, and very good. I don't own a GameCube, but now I want one because of this game. |

Tales of Symphonia was a pretty sweet game. The main reason I liked it was because of the different fighting system. I really hate the choose your attack style of Final Fantasy(even though I kinda like ff games) so this was a nice change for once. The storyline wasn't the best but it kept you interested with all the twists it takes. Highest combo I've ever gotten was 56 though... I think my one friend got like 140 haha. What's the highest combo you guys have gotten? _________________ Urgo... living in Vancouver now go Calgary Flames! |

| I think my highest combo was... very low... What teams did you use? I was using Lloyd, Raine, Genis and Zelos. |

I've beaten this game over and over again cause I like it so damn much!!!!
Though this was awhile ago, my, well no our combo at beast was around 300 only. I did this combo with my brother and a friend. NPC was Raine. On the final boss, we used our weakest weapons and just took turns mashing the guy, but he got us all at once eventually and we lost the combo =( |

The main team that I used was Lloyd, Zelos/Kratos(I used kratos whenever he was around), Raine, and Sheena/Genis*I switched them around a lot* _________________ Urgo... living in Vancouver now go Calgary Flames! |

| my max combo was 77. Try the unison attack with Raine(ray) and Genis(Cyclone) to do prism star. I just finished disk 2. Wat happens at the end? |

| I kind of liked ToS. The fighting system seems simplistic, and it is (it plays like a watered down, PC fighting game), but it was fun. I just hate it that if you're playing alone, your AI teamates aren't smart and there were a few times I wish I could switch over to another character in the middle of a fight to control them directly, but couldn't. I think I'll finally pick it up (I've been renting it) when it becomes cheap. |

It was a fun game, although the story was cliched and then some it had some decent twists, great character designs and a fun to play battle system, but in the end the game was only good if you haven't played the far superior Tales of Eternia(ToD2US) _________________ Rawr. |

| its for playstation (one) and it was pretty good but the mmorpg be waaaay better. but i like ToS better because the battles are so short and the loading time for battles is short as well. |
