Tales of Symphonia

My main party was Llyod, Regal, Presea, and Raine. My highest combo was 102 and I got it from using Sonic Sword Blade and Raining Tiger Blade, but I just got lucky because the other players kept hitting the enemies and I was alowed to pull them off. With the chaos weapons of course at the weakest stage.

did anyone get all the devil arms? the devil arms are the cursed weapons that really sucked but with time they became very strong!

those cursed weapons ARE insane. their attack power keeps raising with each kill the character adds to his pool. It is especially useful for people who want to replay the game and use their points to carry over items and such

Tales of Symphonia is a pretty cool game...i dont own it myself, but one of my friends does, and we played it almost every friday after school Razz

. the multiplayer battle system is pretty new and cool. eventually my friend finished it himself because i was bogged down with homework...
from what i saw of the game, it's great.

The devil arms aren't strong untiil you beat that guy with the red hair, I forgot his name. But once you beat him, the rest of the game is smooth sailing.

Tales of Symphonia is an awesome game. I beat it and it has a great storyline and a pretty cool combat system. Unlike old RPGs, this one I had to stay awake for the battles Smile

That Lloyd named the tree(at the end) Yggdrasil! It's pretty cool that they left all the guessing to only those who actually know their history of the tales games.

I got this game and is starting it my 2nd time around. This is easily one of my favorite games to date. I beat it a while back but never decided to continue until but a few weeks back. I just love the storyline and the couplings.

Gosh, I know it'll be wrong for Presea to date Genis seeing how she got her age back, but I just had my fingers crossed hoping for them two to get together. Genis was so dedicated to winning her over Regal, who they all suspected had a thing for her.

Which possible coupling did you all have crossed fingers for?

Yeah. I was hoping for Presea and Genis too, but even more so I was hoping for Sheena and Zelos to hook up sometime later in the game. Sure they were always arguing but you knew that they were gonna get it on hot and heavy sooner or later. Wink

It might be just me, but in a rather short while i finished the game multiple times, getting multiple pairings for Lloyd. Fisrts Collette, then Sheena, then Pressea o_O it really is a fun game. otherwise I wouldn't have played it through so many times. And those Demon arms are ultimate pwnage. it's now my fourth time playing it through (haven't done it for a while now though) and Lloyd + Nebilim is unbeatable.

I too was hoping for a Zelos and Sheena pairing and I wanted to see Lloyd and Colette kiss, but it's no doubt they ended up together in the end. Mulitiple pairings sound like a sweet idea and though Lloyd and Sheena sound nice, I could only see Presea and Genis together.

:depressed sigh: Poor Genis, once again, I have to mention how bad he wanted her and in the end they still couldn't be together... :sigh:
