I don't think anyone would agree think that this manga is acceptable. But that's the piont, it isn't. The humor comes from a hermaphrodite getting into all sorts of crazy situations that would disgust and mortify the normal person. It's like the "teen movie" of manga. You read it because it is disturbing, that's why you need level 4 access to read it. It is not something for someone who doesn't get manga and is just look around. I think it is very disturbing, but its still hilarious. The grossed out feeling is the catharsis you get from seeing it.
