Well since this series is a current favorite of mine and the fact that it hasn't progressed as far as other forum favorites (naruto/fma) I figured I would post about it. Anyways, after seeing the 4 episodes out this show is pretty freaky, especially ep 3... She has some serious facking problems... kinda reminds me of Fight club with a gurly twist =p Anyway any of ur other n3rds watching this show?

hehe i think wat happend in ep 3 pwnz the dood in fight club's problem

but yea, paranoiA agent pwnz
about random characters with their own personal "issues" then comes along Shounen Bat, a kid on roller blades with a baseball bet to set things straight with swift justice. After these encounters, the "victims" start to see the world through different views of the world. the series is stilll pretty new, hard to tell wat exactly its about at this point

I'm watching this one now and while it's VERY weird it's very funny and good. I'd Suggest at least giving it a try and seeing if you like it or not. You might want to download more then one Ep like 1-4 to get a good feel of the series.

yeah this show is great, ep 3 was probably the weirdest with one of the most screved up beginings I saw, but id did not think that they will catch the kid that easliy

definately one of the more intriguing(sp?) shows coming out this season, i think its well worth a chek.

EDIT: my bad, guess i was blind when i typed this ^^;;
just my thots, but the victims so far arent totally random. for example the second victim was researching the first. then, the third and fourth were classmates, the fifth was a tutor to the fourth, and the sixth was a client of the fifth. all of them had personal problems and were relieved for some reason after being hospitalized.

not sure if uv seen the fourth, but its hilarious how the guy catches the kid. utterly unexpected.

Wow, this show is brilliant! I was starting to lose hope that I'll see anything better than mediocre and not mainstream in the near future, but here's the savior; must be the first truly intriguing show to come since Haibane Renmei. If it keeps going like this it can alone make this season worth being an anime fan. Nothing less from Satoshi Kon!

this anime is like (not "it is) a weird combo of serial experiments lain and boogiebop phantom

while i hated lain, and thought boogiebop was just a little bit better, i started this anime with low expectations, but was total stunned. this is one of the best out rite now

When I read the title of this series I thought it was going to be another Daphne in the Brilliant Blue type anime. Man was I wrong.

I wonder what's going to happen now that the Shounen Bat was caught. I, too, didn't think he'd be caught that easily/fast. I hope it keeps it's twisted feel going.

I say check it out. Definitely one of the better series out there at the moment.

Episode 5 was kinda fun and lighthearted so I really didn't expect the next one to freak me out so much >_< I don't want to say more because I'm going to spoil something... Watch and find out!

Just got done with ep. 8 and speaking of freaky, when they are all deciding that they need to jump in front of a train, that is actually the Ikebukuro Marunochi subway line.

Now what is so freaky about that?

It's the train I ride every morning to get to school... ^^;
