Battle Angel Alita / Gunmm

I was just curious if anyone else is now disappointed that they only really covered a very small part of Alita's (gally's) life ect. when they animated Battle Angel. I mean I loved the anime and the manga is just awesome. I don't know why Ghost in the Shell gets re-done so many times (even though it is also awesome..I've read both mangas full through) while Battle Angel gets done once then dropped?

Maybe I'm alone in this?

Supposedly there will be a live-action adaptation of Gunmm ( aka Battle Angel Alita ), directed by James Cameron. It features heavy use of Computer Graphics for the effects.

i don't think i like Battle Angel Alita, the plot is weird and it gets worser once she has to obey some federation after being reborn, it's too weird

there will be a film based on this manga..
directed by james cameroon.

there another series of Battle Angel Alita, in get redone with a slightly different ending, and continues from there, it called Battle Angel Alita: Last Order if anyone wan 2 know, the redone work is ok, it tell more of Alita past life as well
