well, from what i can tell, some of those good shinigamis became vizards. but were there shinigami's that became arrancar?

confused...

Vizard : Shinigami who crossed the borders to attain the powers of Hollow
Arrancar : The reverse; Hollow who obtained the powers of Shinigami.

So the answer is no. Since you start out as a Shinigami, you'll just end up (and can only end up) a Vizard.

woah! even Urahara knew Aizen was the culprit??! I thought he didn't know back then..

is it possible that Aizen will use his hypnotism to make some people forget what happened? or mabe frame Urahara?

if they accuse Urahara of this 100 years ago they should have seriously apologized to him after Aizen pulled off what he did back when Rukia was about to be executed..

also shouldn't have Urahara given them a heads-up about who their enemy was before sending them to soul society?

if aizen's bankai is ultimate hypnosis, does it mean vizards won't be able to resist it? even if they already crossed over? (meaning they are already shinigami+hollow).

is there a way to break his hypnosis?

So all the captains have appeared? where could Isshin be this long ago?? Maybe he did not existed in that era? Or he is like Ichigo...a replacement Shinigami?

Dont think he's a replacement Shinigami. When he first appeared (in Shinigami form), I rmbr that he had some tattered whie cloth around him that seem to resemble the Captain's cloak.
Anyway, I was speculating that the Kurosaki clan might be one of the four noble clans.

There's gotta be somethin more, if Urahara was framed by Aizen, i don't think the Gotei 13 would only kicked him out of Soul Society, i mean there was captains and shinigamis that were killed. Rukia was about to be executed for giving up her power to Ichigo .... Maybe Urahara manage to save and escape with everyone that was at the scene and Aizen made an illusion so that everyone would beleive his story. Then again, for the last 100 years why didn't Soul Society chase evreyone in the real world, hek they chased after Rukia. The whole thing still don't fit.

Have any one notice that Tousen had a ''mask'' like an Arrancar WTF ?
