Long hair=cool, thats a fundamental principle in such a shounen comic.

Maybe Ulqiorra will actually be more than a free frag for Ichigo... after all he can actually
cut off his horn.

Funny how Ishida actually saved Ulqiorra's life, and now he's paying it back.

I never liked Ulquirra before but in this chapter somehow, he seems much more.. err, stomach-able?
attacking Ichigo the way he did (surprise attack from behind) contradicts his usual arrogant character..

I'm not surprised that Ulquiorra ened up vanishing; everyone knew he'd lose because he wasn't on the "right" team. I just wonder how Aizen would react to the Espada he so explicitly entrusted his domain with lost. Probably brush it off (like everything else), but I wonder if that'd be only to save face.

Anywhoo, I'm quite surprised that Yammy was the strongest, but I guess that being the strongest released and weakest unreleased makes sense. Nice curve ball there in a manga so full of straights. Dealing with him should be interesting, but it is quite nice to be back to the main battle. I really hope Hitsugaya dies.

Damn useless overhyped brat.

I wonder if Yammi proclaiming he's the strongest is the same as Noitora claiming he's the hardest and Zomari claiming that he's the fastest (nonsensical claims of previous espadas)?

I can't stomach him being the strongest when released after Yoroichi smacked him like a sack of potatoes, Ichigo chopped off his hand like it was a fat water melon, and Urahara schooled him like a fifth grader..

as for Hitsugaya, if he gets owned I hoped he gets owned quickly and doesn't drag it for two long.. I think everybody has seen enough Hitsugaya battles by now..

Ah Hitsugaya. Never quite saw why he's so popular even when he barely shows up. I wonder if the fact that it's voiced by Romi Paku is a reason or it's simply because he's the pretty boy lol.

Of the recent chapters:
Hollows taking erm manifesting as "Death"? And the old dude a frickin typical image of Death. Either the author's on crack or he's being philosophical. I'm not too keen on the latter. Very Happy

but man did Kubo bait us well to think Hitsugaya is done for.. now it probably will never work a second time though..

I wish we get a look on what's goin' on back in Hueco Mondo with Yami and co.. I wonder if we'll finally see Unohana in battle..

Halibel is dead so fast?

I've always thought that Soi Fon's stinger was her bankai... guess I didn't really pay attention. Hope her bankai would be interesting...

I doubt Halibel is done for quite yet there's still those ice stars that gradually disappear behind Hitsugaya, there must be some kind of big deal event for that, so she might still counter attack..

There better be a plot twist for it dammit! Bring on the deus ex machina for this, coz otherwise it'll be the most disappointing fight lol. I mean come on, Kubo has been "foreshadowing" Shinji's ability right since his entry to the story.
