Genshiken - 9, can't download torrent file.

I'm unable to download the torrent file from the link in the new release section. I have tried the following but the webpage or dialogue box does not load/appear.
- Left clicking on the HERE link.
- Right click to try and save as.
- Copied link location and open in browser (Firefox) directly.
- Going to the main site http://www.jasio.net

Any ideas on how I can solve this?

Hmmm that's strange, i am able to download the torrent files, why ain't you allowed......... Got any download plug-ins that preventing you from downloading it properly like a download mananger. Hmmm i dunno, want me to email the torrent file to you as a attachment?

I'm not using any download manager. No idea why it's not working as it was ok with episode 8 (I've not made any changes to my system since then).
