so the ending was that bad. I read the manga to latest chp which is 188 and have seen s1 of gantz dvd release up to 7 so its basically going downhill in s2? lol Oh yeah doesnt anyone know how many volumes are there in gantz?

have couple questions , why did the chick became a copy but nobody else ?

everyone died and ended up in that room , but the girl "survived" and the the other one was a copy ?

If all of them were copys , howcome their bodies were never found ?

and... why did "gantz" wanted the last group to kill Kurono ?

what happened to Kurono and the chick he was carying ?

the girl who lived with kurono , she was a copy , since when she came home she found out that "she" is in a hospital , thats why she lived with kurono ?

if all bodies were originals how come there are 2 girls ? one of them must be a copy

The second season is poo, don't watch it. Read the manga.

Also, the whole series is done in a "WTF?" manner where you don't know what's going on because the main character doesn't know what's going on. I think that the mangaka is pulling storyline out of his ass currently, until he thought of Tae.

Psychics? Maybe... Vampires? No way.

i read from ppls responses that the ending of gantz sucks and it does. Its true that it leaves you in a WTF manner. The question is it over now for good or they planning to make a 3rd season? If theres no plans then ppls who love this series should just stick with the manga. Surprised

Half? Have you seen the second season?!

I would say an eighth, but that's still too good.

As for Gantz having a third season, it's not going to happen. Gonzo has a reputation for taking a series that is a manga, and creating a totally different ending because they are too lazy/realize it'll cost too much money to continue the series. As well, they used a 'technique' that essentially says 'This series is over', and if you didn't catch it, I am surprised.

It is, Kurono turns around, points towards the train with his hand cocked like a gun, and says "bang". That act guarantees his death. Why? Is it the exact same death as Spike from Cowboy Bebop. Ever since that anime stole it from somewhere (I don't know where), anime/manga have used it to show that the person's life is over. Essentially it meant that they lived hard and fast, and burnt out, like a shot from a gun.

Gantz is really happening. Just Kidding.The anime is great but it's too short compared to the manga. Not suitable for minor!!!!...Too many BLOOD!!!!!!!
