Ahhh.. done by the same person who did Gundam SEED/Tskuhime crossover.
I saw that a while ago.. wasn't as interesting as now since I do play a bit of RO now =p

It is more funny if you are trying to learn Japanese (Mainly because of the poor pronunciation) and though the animation isn't so hot the sound is great. Even my Japanese Sensei was laughing over this one.
It is a parody of an NHK program that does an "Important words you should know when you go to America" type program. Thus this one is important words when you are in Japan. Lots of it is train station names that the famous Yamanote train stops at. ShinBASHI! XD
good stuff.
Second, more game related than anime, but if you haven't seen the Chocobo Voice flash and you are a Final Fantasy Fan you really should.

lol...even tho i dont quite understand, the 'Shinbashi' flash was really awesome,really had a good laff there... 
and the extra scenes from the FFVI random battles' great too...hahah..
