MySQL Problems

hi all, sorry i didn't know where to put this topic but i thought this forum was the most apropriated, my problem is that sometimes when i'm loading some page from this site, for example the forums or the news or even when i'm entering the site it shows this message: "Fatal error: Call to undefined function message_die() in /usr/local/www/data-dist/banzai/db/db.php on line 88", i was wondering if i'm the only one who has this message, after this message i just wait like 30 secs and refresh and i can open the page, that's weird Confused

btw... i use mozilla firefox not ie!
