In terms of Full Metal Alchemist, I"ll have to choose Rewrite as the best opening, the scenes play along with the music nicely, and I just love the song.

But the best opening song & theme for me would have to be Yami no Boushi to Hon no Tabibito - Hitomi no Naka Meikyuu (long isn't it?). But the song has a nice rock beat, but fairly slow lyrics. And the opening theme animation flows in nicely with the music.

Gakuen Alice - Pika pika no Taiyou comes in close, but that's because I like the song, the opening art is fun, but about average.

- funky bleeping sounds and pretty original opening video

Best ending: Heart of Sword - by TM Revolution
- fits the Kenshin character really good I think

I like the 4th Gundam Seed intro myself. Also the Getbackers intro wasn't too bad.

An awesome outro is the 7th ending outro of Inuyasha though. The name of the song is "Come" its japenese, but it is so awesome.

i definitely liked the opening to AIR, tori no uta....that was such a good song....sigh*
i liked chrno cross too...
and gundam seed had a nice up beat song...
but i think one of the most unique intros...graphics included is cowboy bebop...
