Samurai Champloo's Way of the Samurai intro. Love it to death! Love the Bleach intro by Orange Range, The Last Exile theme, Ghost in the Shell season 1&2 themes, Tsukuyomi -Moon Phase-neko mini mode!

All the FMA openings are great. DBZ's Chala- head chala is good. And the Pokemon openings, even the english ones, are pretty catchy.

i just know around 20 animes but my favorite intro is the one of hellsing! I just love the music played on the piano!Theres another that is not a serie but yes a movie that is the music of wonderfull days

I like Rewrite and Undo from FMA. If I remember correctly, Undo was an opening song, (correct me if I'm wrong).
All of the Naruto openings are great, but my favorite would be Seishun Kyousoukyouku.

Well, that's hard... I really like Hellsing opening. I love Noir opening, but more because of the song... and Lodoss as well.

My favorite openings and endings change with each new anime I watch..

I have a top three right now for openings:

Asterisk by Orange Range (Bleach)
Shining Days by Minami Kuribayashi (My HiME/Mai HiME whichever spelling it is)
Trust by Masami Okui (He is my Master/Kore ga Watashi no Goshujin-sama. I love anything by Masami Okui.)
