Doom 3 was the scariest, but Aliens vs Predator 2 was pretty darn intimidating as well

its the marines motion detector that scares you the most. that 'beeping' just gets faster and faster as the alines you cant see get closer and closer...

Doom 3 is clearly the scariest....
even when u found the monsters u still have to switch between that damn flashlight and ur gun....
the adrenaline rush u get after the totally random ambushes of this game is absolutely horrible

I havent played Doom 3 .. so i wouldnt know < maybe i should > but I know that so far, Silent Hill games are pretty scary

Resident Evil REmake
Resident Evil 3 Nemesis (Scary walking around and suddenly Nemesis pops out of no where hahaha)
Resident Evil 4 (Chainsaws -shiver-)
and
Tekken 5 (Watch Lee's Ending -shiver- man thongs)

Silent Hills 2 and 3 take the cake, in my opinion. Besides, the storylines are awesome (especially for 2)

Dag nabit, double post. Ok, well, I didn't mention Clocktower, any of the Silent Hill Games. Those DID scare me.

Most overated to me, would be most of the Resident Evil games. Half-Life scared me, or made me jump more than any of those games.

Silent Hill (2-4) is just downright FREAKISH, I LOVE it.
