I have just watched it and i would like to comment about it but it may seem to be spoilers to some so here goes:

I hate to admit it but automachines and shinobi or in this case narutos way of living does not complement each other. Automated firing kunais??
what next? Automatic rifle which shoots shurikens? Lol.

This movie shows that the time of which the story takes place is way way modernized. Trains?? Cars?? Electricity to run the movie??

The sounds were up to expectation. The Animation was perfect. The build-up of the story was some how abrupt in my own opinion.

Not much fighting as i would have expected. Sasuke somehow became a little weakling( one hit and he fainted ). Other than that, Kakashi overpowered the other guys just like that. There was no fight at all.

Not very sure about this but when kakashi was saving the princess was he having his sharingan eyes already? ANother thing is that kakashi can acutally have the 3rd stage of sharingan?? (3 dots) I always thought only a true uchiha can reach that level.

Not much of a review but as an otaku i would give a 6/10 but then again as a naruto fan ill give a thumbs up!

I enjoyed it a lot, great movie.

At first, I was a bit thrown by all the modernization, too, but then I remembered seeing TV's, refrigerators, indoor plumbing, stoves, etc in Kohona homes. Naruto has always had a weird twist on the timeframe.

It was a lot of fun. I enjoy the show more when it's before the current arc, before Sasuke becomes a total jerk.

erm if i'm not wrong..even in the anime there's always modern items like phones and computers ... i guess we can't use our gauge of time in this case..

the part about kakashi not having the 3 dot sharingan.. he's always had it right?? only sasuke has a 2 dot version..

hmm.. it always appeared to me that kakashi had only 2 dots.. cause the previous owner didnt have to kill his best fren to get the 3 dots. Not sure about that though
