i've read up to chapter 11 and somehow lost the rest of the chapters...stil i can't read it here cause of the level thingy...its been so long since i came here anyway... Crying or Very sad

girls saurus eh? i remember reading some of it on a site that i think the mods stopped paying attention to... because they still havent posted the last bits of it... so i was happy to hear that A-S posted it... the premise for this manga his hilarious but you know they could have done a little more work with the ending... but thats pretty much how i feel about every manga or anime improve the ending haha except for kimagure orange road... that was a perfect shoujo in my book Very Happy

Dude this series was good, but i hate the way it ended, actually i wish it did not end i was so hopin that there would be more. Does anyone know anything about it pickin up again or not, cause that would be nice.

well lucky for you the series hasnt ended...because i think the mangaka continues the story under a new title 'girl saurus dx' (dx stands for deluxe) and i think there is a group translating it somewhere.

it's already been stated several times in this thread that Girl Saurus DX is the continuation to Girl Saurus, and it picks right up were the first one left off. the group translating it so far that did the first one has up to vol 1 ch 3, but ch 3 is only available through IRC. want more of it, the i would suggest requesting it to the A-S staff, and maybe they could start a dialogue to the scanslators to pick the project back up. you never know...

[edit] it seems as though the A-S Staff is on the ball, and ch1-3 of GSDX is up in the manga section with the rest of GS. show your appreciation Very Happy

lol, cant really blame them if they are too lazy to browse through all the pages before. But yes, Girls Saurus DX is the continuation, and its scanlated by the group solaris-svu, their website is www.mangaworld.org

i hope animesource will scanlate chapter 4 and above and make girls saurus dx as their own project instead of waiting for mangaworld. Their last release on chapter 3 was nearly 2 months ago Sad

Censorship is dependent on the publisher. If Chuang Yi ( the local Singaporean publisher ) had published Girl Saurus, it might have whited out the offending bits or have swimsuits. Tong Li ( the Girl Saurus publisher, if I recall correctly ) is a Taiwanese publisher and they have relaxed their censorship standards quite some time ago ( I still remember their black swimsuit days Laughing

So far, i have not seen chuang yi(singapore's local publisher) publishing girls saurus, as you all know, girls saurus is quite ecchi and the government will raise hell if they does it. But if chuang yi really does it( like what yebyosh has stated), they will definately censor all the private parts which is what i would not wish for.

The ones i bought are from a taiwan publisher(but not tong li) which does not have censorship which is what i wanted. ^_^

girlsaurus's ending really sucks! it doesn't address the issue the the end of the one thing that started it all - kanji's "girl-phobia." i mean, i certainly enjoyed the manga aside from its hectic story-line (how girls always pop out of nowhere and loses their clothes in front of kanji, how fights just erupt and end as soon as they start, etc.), but the ending didn't feel like an ending at all.

and i don't understand why there's even a dx. when i used to read rockman x (or megaman x), they came out in volumes of 3, as well. the only difference between girlsaurus/girlsaurusdx and rockman x is, at the end of every three volumes of rockmanx, there is a satisfying ending. it could continue, or it could not.

but girlsaurus ended as quickly as it had begun, with no ending at all. and then a girlsaurus dx pops out, which should've been unnecessary. but i guess the author has reasons for coming out with dx. maybe it's because of the new girl.

in any case, how many chapters are in girlsaurusdx? if there are three volumes in total, that is.
