woo!! My friend got RE4 on opening day, and i watched him play yesterday! those graphics and the game engine were so incredibly amazing. I didnt even know the GameCube was capable of pulling off that kind of graphics and effects. Capcom did a good job in freaking the living h*ll out of you
tell me what you guys think of the game |

I havn't gotten the chance to play it or watch someone else play it, but from this one trailer video I watched it looks sick!
The graphics indeed are amazing, and the gameplay doesn't look too bad either.
Aside from that, the only reason I wanna get RE4 is because of the story. Looks interesting and mysterious, I like =D |

Man this game kicks some major ass. I only played it for half an hour myself but it's the one game I could actually watch someone else play for over an hour. The graphics are amazing and the gameplay is really intense. I remember getting all worked up when my friend was stuck in a room with two chainsaw baddies and one of those strange centipede head people. I've only managed to play/watch up to the part in the castle with the wolverine clawed prisoner. It's not as scary as the other resident evil games but man it's sooooo much better. I usually hate res games. _________________ Urgo... living in Vancouver now go Calgary Flames! |

| The game seems to play a little more faster which gives you the feeling your more in control. |

Yeah, all the other Resi Evil games were a bit slow and jerky.
This one looks ace, though! Cant wait till it comes out in the UK! _________________ Take my hand,

This game teases me cause i want it but my game cube is broken so... i cant even go rent. All i can say is the last RE game was quite hard to navigate around in and with that bad last movie hanging in my mind, im hoping this game will boost the series. _________________ "Let them hate, so long as they fear" |

| The graphics look incredible and the gameplay has improved a lot (from the other Resident Evil games I have played in the past). The thing that I love about it is the fact that the camera is from the shoulder side. I think it gives the game a lot of suspense. |

| i like how they chose a different story line. instead of just basically remaking the other games. |

Yup, the developers were actually going to implement strafing but decided to take it off since it made the game too easy. |

Too easy? The game is quite hard as it is
Also, for the game being on ps2. IGN had an article on their site about it's going to be rushed and won't look as good as the gamecube version. They said that Leon's character polygon count is 10,000 on gamecube while it's only going to be 5,000 on ps2. |
