I think its better for the ps2. the gamecube controls were screwed.

The attention to detail in this game was just amazing
I gotta say though, this game is probably the glitchest one I played *not quite obvious wise, but found tons of technical glitches (small things that people might not normally notice or do), and a few glitches that are kinda like getting out of Halo glitches*
How are the GCN controls bad? It's so much easier to use then the bulky PS2 controller and it's controls , are awfully confusing, a lot times I felt on the PS2 version, that the controls were trying to work against me.
