name the most annoying characters you've seen in an anime or manga
for me i'd have to say:
Kir-King Of Bandit Jing (talks too much)
Urashima Keitaro-Love Hina (an imbicille)
Hank & Dean Venture-Venture Brothers (even tho it isnt an anime those two are still annoying)

the dog in rave (is that even a dog???)

Just watched it recently and I was really annoyed by how unnecessary and unfunny those characters were.

girls who are too submissive and passive. Aori from Aori Aoshi really annoyed the hell out of me. i mean, for god's sakes, woman, think for yourself!

yea. any girl who is too submissive and passive strikes me as annoying. and i also agree with sagan about the pets.

a long and undistinguished list, but here's some highlights:

1) all of the cast of Inu-Yasha, minus Sesshoumaru (how can you not like a character who's name roughly means "white perfect killer?")
2) Mayu, Chiaka, and that useless ferret Uzume from Ai Yori Aoshi, i can't be bothered to remember their surnames, and the ferret is moronic
3) Manaka Junpei, considering the vast fanbase on this forum, don't need to say who and where he's from, but i think we can all agree, he needs a hearty beating about the head and neck for indecisiveness and idiotic behavior.

my list can go on and on...

Whoa there's a lot to choose from... 80% of the girls in anime are damn annoying though haha Razz

They're only around for fanservice mainly... guys I would have to say Shinji from Evangelion is most annoying. Then Sasuke from naruto... dunno why but it seems like the creators tried to make him a little too cool.
