annoying characters

Hughes from FMA is pretty cool, but at some points he seems a little too happy and that can annoy me a bit. He can be a bit cocky too.

omg i totally agree... Ustopp from one piece can die. It was soo annoying when he was making the gurggling sound in the episode with that cat captain. i hate ustopp with a passion.

protoman, you are my new best friend. I thought I was the only one.

I hate his character and even his voice so much that I couldn't stand the anime's hes voiced for just because it reminds me of his Usopp character. I hate him with a passion as well.
