Does CG belong in Anime?

Depends. If it looks bad like in Vandread or Bakuretsu Tenshi, then no. Someone mentioned FLCL, I don't remember CG in that, but if there was then it was good, because I never had any complaints about FLCL's animation.

CG is nice when it helps with the anime, but ones that are completely dominated just don't work well. If it was a choice of the extremes, i'd say most definately go with all hand drawn, because that is the best.
