the new "it" anime

Yea i agree with reeder, there is no definte "it" anime. I think this is so because each person views anime differently and what not so although to them it may be the like the IT anime, to others it might be crap. So although there isnt really an IT anime, there are animes that have made huge impacts in the anime world.

i think the new "it" anime is Naruto....all of a sudden this Anime explodes on to the scene....in our Anime expos in my country Naruto has taken over where Samurai X once used to dominate....plus it spreads really fast for some reason...I gues it's a ninja thing

I think we'll have to see with naruto. The recent chapters aren't nearly as good as the old ones and it's almost seeming like the mangaka is trying to drag and stretch it out as much as possible. The anime series on the other hand is still at a good point in the story line. Don't think naruto will stand the test of time if it continues in this fashion.
