Yup theres a tenjou tenge anime with 24 eps that cover up until the end of the flashback in the manga.

Also right now, theres a tenjou tenge OVA called Ultimate Fight. You can get the first tenjou tenge anime at National Anime I think. Shinsen subs is currently subbing the OVA so you can get it on their IRC channel.

the site given at the begining says they took down the translated version cuz it was licensed, so is the any other sites you can get it from?

I picked up the manga series (thanks haro)... and read to Volume 3 so far.. I can definately see where the mature situations come in here... there's nudity and some fairly extreme violence... not as bad as Blade of the Immortal in my opinion but still lots of blood.
