Bored at parties

I dont know about most of you but when ur roomates are havin a party and your kind of stuck there and bored, its one of the worst things ever. So has anyone ever had to put up with the same crap as me just wondering ?

Not for a long time. I use to have that problem when i did have a roommate, but it made me mad enough that i moved into a single appartment.

sort of, but unlike a party, it was more of a gathering at a place where mainly bubble tea is served (destiny's in toronto, to be exact). the girl who invited me to go shouldn't have, because i never gave a damn about her other friends, not much as i do her a lot though. i ended up completely bored and frustrated with the amount of time i wasted being there and as an added bonus, we didn't talk much after we left

Yes, parties werent designed to be fun...They try to convince you otherwise in movies where everyone is beautiful or every guy has a girl, but its not true. Parties are crap.

Lots of times I have been in a bored party, but somehow I make the party more enjoyable sometimes just for me, sometimes for everyone, its up to you if the party is bored or not.

Cuz of my personality and bad experience, I stopped going to the parties. Every time I attend one, I feel like a fish in the middle of Sahara dessert. Because of that, I just stopped going there.

I have been to a friend's party (a girl ^^) once. I didn't know anybody but her and she just dropped me somewhere in the house...
After a couple of hours, I could tell the sexual habits of some people here, their favorite band, etc. But nobody hade even ask my name...
I just left and I don't see her anymore. ^^

:/ i like parties a lot, i much prefer to get out and do stuff outside of my house... out of my friends im probably the only one whos really into manga and anything like that though... but of course im half asian (thai) so its different for me

Usually you have fun at parties? You try to socialize with the other people? If not just go about doing your normal routine as if they weren't having a party. Otherwise grab a few drinks and mingle!
