Worst book to movie/show adaptations.

All the Harry Potter dont know why ppl say its good....

What about movies like War of the Worlds and Memoirs of a Geisha. They're based on novels. And I dunno if it's just me or something but I like the original cartoon adaptations of comics such as Spider-man, X-Men and Fantastic 4 over the movie adaptations. Wink

havent seen WofW nor Memoirs..although WofW is supposed to suck..

people who loves the HP books (as they claim to be) are blinded by their, well, passion (cant think of another word) for the series.. i know some people who are like that.
