| So Fire Emblem 2 is for sure for GBA in the states? Loved the first one and played a few of the SNES ones even though I couldn't understand them. |

Fire Emblem. One of the best and most astounding strategy RPG series ever. Actually, There are nine known games in the Fire Emblem series. Allow me to elaborate.
1. Fire Emblem: The game that started it all featuring Marth who is also known for his appearence in Super Smash Bros Melee on the Gamecube. In this game, He sets out to reclaim his sister and defeat the dark Dragon Medeus. Appeared on the NES.
2. Fire Emblem Gaiden: The 2nd game released in the series with two new heroes Alm and Celica. Also for the NES.
3. Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem: The first FE to make it to the SNES. It is in actuality two games in one cartridge. The first part contained a remake of the first game while the second part sees Marth's return in a sequel to his previous adventure.
4. Fire Emblem: Seisen No Keifu (Also known as FE: Genealogy of the Holy War): Considered by many (Myself included) to be the best FE game yet, The fourth Fire Emblem made its appearence on the SNES. In this game, You lead Sigurd and his son Celice through a battle that spans two generations.
5. Fire Emblem: Thracia776: The fifth game in the Fire Emblem series. It takes place in the middle of the events of the Genealogy of the Holy War as the young swordsman Leaf battles against evil. Also on the SNES.
6. Fire Emblem: Fuuin No Tsurugi (Also known as Fe: The Sword Of Seals): The first game to appear on the famous Gameboy Advance handheld system. It features Roy, The son of Eliwood from FE 7 (Or Fire Emblem as it is known in america). The crimson haired Roy, First introduced to the gaming world as The second FE character to be seen in Super Smash Bros Melee, as he journeys through the continent of Elibe. Interesting to note is the fact that this game is the sequel to FE 7.
7. Fire Emblem: Rekka No Ken (Also known as FE: The Blazing Sword and Fire Emblem): This game is the first to survive the perilous journey to the U.S shores. Given the name Fire Emblem in America, This game achieved the incredible feat of impressing gamers of all ages prompting, To my great pleasure, the release of even more FEs in English. This game features Eliwood, Father of Roy and Son of the Marquess of Pherae, as he quests to find his father. It is alos the first game to have several lords at the same time as two other lords aid Eliwood. Hector, Eliwood's best firend and the best axe user ever to grace an FE, and Lyndis, The granddaughter of the Marquess of Cailin. The prequel to FE6 and is also on the GBA.
8. Fire Emblem: Seima No Kouseki (Also known as FE: The Sacred Stones and Fire Emblem 2): The newest FE game to arrive to the GBA. So far, It has only seen a Japanese release with the English version expected to come out sometime this year. In this game, The twin heirs to the throne of Lunes quest to battle to halt the tide of evil that struck the continent of Magi Val.
9. Fire Emblem: Souen No Kiseki: Through this game, The Fe series makes its leap into the 3D world of the Nintendo Gamecube. Though it has yet to be released in Japan, Fans have high hopes for this one. Also a first for the FE series is the fact that the protagonist of the game will not be a lord but rather a mercenary named Ike. It is scheduled to arrive in Japan on April 20th and in America on the 7th of November. _________________
