I think I would choose Mai only because she seems to be nice and generous. She's also a very strong Hime.

I like Natsuki more but I chose Mai. Probably because he responds more to Mai's feelings than Natsuki's. Like with Mai their feelings are mutual but with Natsuki it's just her liking Tate we don't really see Tate's response to Natsuki much.
