no sound...

i have no sound coming out when i'm watching Yakitate! Japan... i have put it in the G-Spot and it says codec are installed... but when i render it got some errors... could anyone shed some light on this?

PS: I can put the technical jargons of the result when i tried rendering it...

i'm going to assume you get sound in other places and this is the only file where sound doesn't work?

what program do you play your video in?
what version of Windows?
if you know what kind of sound card that'd help too..
and of course it'd help if you could paste in some of the stuff from G-Spot. i don't have that file to check out so...
