Um, i don't know if its complete but Angelic Layer is pretty good. And also try Fullmetal Alchemist. It's very good and i recommend it. Ah, and one more if you're looking for a good humor manga i think that Onegai Sensei, or Onegai Twins is a good choice.

Ahhh!!! I would recommend SO MANY, but pretty much they're all shoujo manga, so I'm not sure if you're interested lol. But anyways!! Here's a list:
Awatase Ippon - If you want to read a short, happy shoujo manga
Appare Jipangu - Comedy shoujo based on ancient Japan
Alice 19th - Nice, not too long, action and shoujo, with cool characters
Angel Sanctuary - Really sad but good plot, maybe a bit gory, but a good manga
Penguin Brothers - Interesting shoujo story
Minto na Bokura - Shoujo story with a funny plot; the story is based on middle school kids
Kodomo no Omocha - This is a hilarious, one of my bestest favorites, will make you laugh almost all the time, but also a bit serious shoujo manga, about two kids growing up.
Hikaru no Go - I love this manga, and it's NOT SHOUJO. It's a really sad but has a very interesting plot. This manga is about a boy learning how to play Go(asian chess game).

this is what i found there are probally a lot more but i wish that there were some more finished but i guess it is realy hard to make a good ending after 50-60 volumes.
