mmm aso... so u just keep on pasting over the previous clips and then move it into Image Ready and then it all comes apart and becomes an animation?

If you followed what I said, when you import it into ImageReady, you have a many-layered product to work with.
You can create animation frames and simply just make visible/invisible the various layers to create the animation you want.
For example, let us say that you managed to find a sequence you like.
You load it up in Virtualdub Mod and doing what was listed above, captured a 6-frame sequence, meaning you have a 6-layer PSD in Photoshop, saving as Anim0.psd
Now continuing with the editing, you did whatever you want and resized it, saving it as Anim1.psd.
Load it in ImageReady, you will see that the 6 layers are available in the Layers panel.
With each animation sequence you create, you will change which layer(s) is(are) visible for that frame to create the animation you want.
E.g.
Animation Frame 1 -> only Layer 1 visible, rest invisible
Animation Frame 2 -> only Layer 2 visible, rest invisible
... and so on till
Animation Frame 6 -> only Layer 6 visible, rest invisible
Since ImageReady has GIF animation looping on default, once you got all the animation frames as you want, all you have to do is to choose the optimized version and Save Optimized as...
Viola, one GIF animation.
Once you get the hang of it, you can try more advanced techniques like changing the delays ( this can actually be played with right off the start ), tweening, manual optimization, multiple layers with opacity, etc

yeah... i kinda ditched the Air gif thing cuz it took damn long to do, and when i finally almost had it done, some homo error (no offence to homosexuals) popped out, and all my work just dissappeared... so I pegged my wireless mouse half way accross the livingroom and into the brick wall shattering it into pieces, because it's been a worthless piece of "lowbattery" shit. Fucking... u charge it for an hour, it only runs for 15 minutes, so when you're fucked, you're fucked... but then i made an extraordinary invention, the 'mouse keyboard'...nah, let's not talk about that.
