Why do fansubbers have such retarded names?

my nickname is derived from my favourite colour and that I love rain. The six is just for good measure, as it's a curvy number.

As for SN's I prefer "KillDeathRobot" to "1565486999" or "Sam".
It's a lot easier in the identification department for remembering someone.
Example:

- Hey what's up man?
- Oh hey 1564863994 nothing much. You?
- Huh, no it's me 1564863995, not 1564863994 silly.
- Oh... sorry.

This is more of a psydonym or fake name.

Often common names can be mistaken as they are commonly taken by other people before hand. There can be only one Zoro.

So in an effort to pick a name no one person can think of the names are often made of atributes the subber likes such as dark, evil, mad, and so on and so forth.

Not all fansub grouppings have retarded names, and besides what is there to critiscize about? Its they who devote their free time into translating into the anime that you watch, so you have to think about it. And my favourite fansubbers, Mahou, doesn't have a stupid name at all. Its... quite magical ;]!

Funimation should rot in hell for completly destroying the names of alot of anime. EXample hurcule from dbz was supossed to be called Mr. Satan.
